PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES SET FORTH IN THE LEGISLATIONThe Company acts in accordance with the principles brought by legal regulations and general principles of security and honesty in processing personal data. In this regard, the Company considers proportionality requirements and does not use personal data beyond what is required for the purpose.
The Company ensures that personal data is accurate and up to date by considering the fundamental rights of data owners and their legitimate interests. For example, the Company has established a system for data owners to correct and verify the accuracy of their personal data.

Personal data may be transferred abroad, in compliance with the principles stated in Article 4(2) of the KVK Law, either with the explicit consent of the data subject or in the presence of conditions specified in Articles 5(2) and 6(3). The data will only be transferred to countries identified by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") as providing adequate protection. If the protection is deemed insufficient, personal data may only be transferred if the relevant data controllers in Turkey and the foreign country guarantee sufficient protection in writing, and with the approval of the Board.

The personal data collected in this process may be processed and transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law, and for the purposes stated in items (1) and (2) of this text.
As a data subject, you can submit your requests regarding your rights, as described below, to our Company. The Company will respond to your request free of charge, within the shortest time and no later than 30 (thirty) days. However, if a fee is set by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by the Board will apply.
